Your data stays yours.

StrongDay 40+ doesn't collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data. Everything stays on your device.

What the app reads

With your permission, StrongDay 40+ reads one thing from Apple Health: your step count. That's it. Not heart rate, not workouts, not weight, not anything else.

Your step count is read on your iPhone, displayed inside the app, and never leaves your device.

What we don't collect

StrongDay 40+ does not collect personal information, location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, or advertising identifiers.

There are no user accounts. There is no sign-in. We don't know who you are.

No servers, no third parties

StrongDay 40+ has no backend. The app makes no network requests at runtime. It doesn't contain third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking frameworks.

HealthKit

StrongDay 40+ uses Apple's HealthKit framework to read your step count. Apple's HealthKit privacy policies apply to how that data is stored on your device. StrongDay 40+ never writes to HealthKit and never shares HealthKit data with anyone.

This website

The privacy policy above describes the StrongDay 40+ app. The marketing website at strongday.app uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects basic, pseudonymous information about your visit (page viewed, approximate location, device type, browser). It does not identify you personally and is not linked to anything inside the app.

If you'd rather not be measured, most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting or you can use a tracker-blocking extension. Either approach prevents Google Analytics from collecting your visit.

Children's privacy

StrongDay 40+ is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date. Because the app collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
